1928 Tattoo is a group of diverse and experienced tattoo artists who thrive in an open, spacious studio overlooking the Alberta Arts District in NE Portland. We are pleased to offer highest quality custom tattoo artistry in a clean, comfortable, conscientious environment. 100% vegan services are available on request.
1928 Tattoo is open Tuesday - Saturday, noon to 9pm. We are often available by appointment at other times, and we can usually accommodate walk-in tattoos during regular hours (it's a good idea to call ahead). Custom projects will include an initial consultation and cash deposit for artwork rendered--this deposit will hold your appointment, will be applied to the cost of your first session and is non-refundable. Prices vary by artist; shop minimum is $80. For any payment other than deposits, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and lovely, green cash. 1928
